1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase.

3) Products, Limited Quantities & Pre-Orders

  • We release in limited quantities; items may sell out without notice.

  • Colors/finishes may vary due to screens and production tolerances.

  • Pre-orders: Estimated ship dates appear on product pages and may change due to production timelines or carrier delays.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

  • Applicable sales taxes, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5) Orders & Payment

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory issues, policy violations).

  • You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes, duties, and shipping.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may be considered misuse. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and restrict future purchases.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier’s confirmed delivery scan.

  • We’re not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. See our help section for reship options.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns.

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Exchanges/store credit may be offered at our discretion if stock is available and the item meets return conditions.

  • Manufacturing defects reported within the stated window will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

8) Account, Access & Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9) User Content (Reviews, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operations. You represent you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or violate laws.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including logos, graphics, product names, photos, text, and design—is our property or our licensors’ and protected by IP laws. You may not use our marks or content without written permission.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or operations.

  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the site without consent.

  • Purchase with intent to resell where prohibited, or circumvent quantity limits.

12) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, shipping carriers). Their terms and privacy practices apply. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services.

13) Promotions, Gift Cards & Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to separate terms, time limits, and availability, and may not be combined. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

14) SMS/Email Marketing (If Applicable)

By opting into SMS or email updates, you consent to receive marketing messages. Message/data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe any time via the provided links or instructions.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, partners, and suppliers) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

18) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

19) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Effective date.” Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
