Return & Refund Policy

Quality Matters. Every HEAVEN FOREVER piece is made with care and inspected before shipping. Due to our limited-quantity releases, all sales are final.

No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including limited drops, pre-orders, and sale items.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit (If Applicable)

We understand sizing can be tricky. If we have inventory, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

  • Request window: within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier scan).

  • Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.

  • Stock limits: because quantities are limited, exchanges are not guaranteed. If your size is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

How to request: Email support@he4ven4ever.com with your order number and exchange request. You’re responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover outbound shipping on one approved exchange per order within Canada/USA.

Defects & “Quality Matters” Guarantee

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant shipping damage, we’ll repair, replace, or credit at our discretion.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue, packaging, and the shipping label.

  • Normal wear, loose threads, minor print variations, or color differences from screens are not defects.

  • If a replacement isn’t possible (limited stock), we’ll issue store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because we move fast on limited drops, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

  • Pre-orders: estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and may adjust due to production timelines.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at your expense. If you choose not to reship, we’ll issue store credit minus shipping and a 10% handling fee.

Returns Process (If We Approve One)

  1. Email us for an RMA and return instructions.

  2. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval using a trackable service.

  3. After inspection, we’ll process the approved exchange or store credit.

Final Sale Items

All limited-quantity releases, discounted items, gift cards, and accessories marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal & Jurisdiction

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
